1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for consultations or other services on the Vize platform are non-refundable. Once a consultation has been completed or initiated, no refunds will be issued.

However, Vize reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional cases, such as:

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Decisions made by Vize regarding refunds are final and binding.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 User-Initiated Cancellations

Consultation Cancellations: Once a consultation is scheduled, no cancellations or refunds will be offered. Users are encouraged to review their booking details carefully before confirming any consultation appointments.

Rescheduling: Users may reschedule their consultation at no additional charge if the request is made more than 12 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the consultation may incur additional charges.

2.2 Expert-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that an expert cancels a scheduled consultation, users will have the option to reschedule with the same expert or select a different expert. Alternatively, users may request a full refund for the canceled consultation.

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions outlined above, please follow the steps below:

Submit a Refund Request:

Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the consultation, providing details of the issue and the reason for your refund request.

Review Process:

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Vize reserves the right to deny any refund requests that do not meet our criteria or fall outside of our refund policy.

Refund Decisions:

All decisions regarding refunds are made at the sole discretion of Vize. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.

4. Changes to this Policy

Vize reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates.
